Adventure Services

Pinnacle Road Adventures provides guided off-road tours and adventure experiences. All participants must meet minimum age and fitness requirements, follow safety instructions, and acknowledge inherent adventure risks.

Booking and Cancellation

Bookings require advance deposit. Cancellations more than 48 hours in advance receive full refund minus processing fee. Weather-related cancellations result in full refund or rescheduling. No-shows forfeit all fees.

Safety and Liability

Adventure activities involve inherent risks including injury or death. Participants acknowledge these risks and agree to follow all safety instructions. Comprehensive liability waivers are required before participation.

Equipment and Property

All equipment remains property of Pinnacle Road Adventures. Participants are responsible for damage to equipment caused by negligence or failure to follow instructions. Lost or damaged items may incur replacement fees.

Behavioral Standards

Participants must maintain respectful behavior toward guides, other participants, and the environment. Intoxication, dangerous behavior, or failure to follow instructions may result in immediate removal without refund.

Medical Requirements

Participants must disclose relevant medical conditions and take responsibility for their physical capabilities. Some adventures have specific fitness requirements that must be met for safe participation.
